Hey everybody! Episode 57 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friends Deanna and Ido. They work together in the field of plant medicine integration. Deanna uses her own experiences combined with somatic therapy and the work of Gabor Maté while Ido is a psychologist and uses Jungian archetypes. It was a pleasure speaking with them. They have a beautiful way of expressing themselves and have an experiential wisdom coming from many years of their own work and working with others. I think you all will enjoy this episode. "Dr. Ido Cohen, Psy.D - As part of his psychotherapy practice in San Francisco, Ido offers integration and preparation sessions with individuals and groups. Following his interest in eastern spirituality, kabbalah and shamanic traditions, Ido dedicated his doctoral dissertation to a 6 year study of the integration process of Ayahuasca ceremonies, while applying Jungian psychology to better understand how to support individuals in their process of change and transformation.
