What happens when life doesn't follow the perfect timeline? In this episode of Quiet the Clock, Beth sits down with beauty expert and podcast host Blake Newby for a real, unfiltered conversation about anxiety, career pivots, and learning to trust yourself when the world says otherwise. Blake shares her journey from broadcast journalism to the beauty industry, opening up about the messy, beautiful process of redefining success and beginning the discovery journey of freezing her eggs at 30. They dive into the pressure women face to "have it all" by a certain age, why setting boundaries is the ultimate act of self-love, and how embracing imperfections can lead to true freedom.
