Episode 132: GROM Social [NASDAQ:GROM] is a small cap social media networking app for kids that has recently ran up due to paid promotion pump and dump manipulation. Recently on February 11, the company filed an S-1 for 1.2 million shares. The last time they filed an S-1 was in October 20, 2021 for 3.2 million shares. They made the S-1 effective late November where the stock has dropped dramatically since then. It's likely they're up to the same game plan to dump onto retail traders/investors again.
