In this episode, I speak with Laura Delano, author of Unshrunk: A Story of Psychiatric Treatment Resistance, about her experience being diagnosed as "bipolar" (among other things) as a teen and how she began to see things differently (and get off of the drugs prescribed to her to "treat" her).
