Trump said on Sunday that he was surprised by Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s escalation of attacks on Ukraine amid ongoing cease-fire talks, expressing his discontent with Putin’s actions. “I’m not happy with what Putin is doing. He’s killing a lot of people. And I don’t know what the hell happened to Putin,” Trump told reporters at the airport in New Jersey before boarding Air Force One to return to Washington from New Jersey.
