The City of Vancouver had to clear the Burrard Street Bridge of antisemitic graffiti ahead of Sunday’s Walk With Israel event. Several beams were spray painted with anti-Israeli symbols and words along with ‘Gaza.’ A statement from the City says while the right to free speech and peaceful protest is recognized, acts of hate and discrimination are not tolerated.
