Colleen has worked in the fitness industry across Scotland, Australia, Canada and now F45 in Ireland. She is a member of the 100 mile club, coming 2nd in the Belfast 24 Ultra with a 3rd place finish in the Longford ultra marathon and winning the 120k Belfast to Derry Ultra!

We discuss Colleen's incredible achievements in ultra marathons, her thoughts on the mental and physical challenges of endurance running, the importance of proper nutrition, her future race plans and her favourite marathon in Ireland.
