At least 13 people in Ukraine have been killed in a major attack by Russia. The coordinated strike on the capital of Kyiv threatened the second day of a prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia. Plus, Canada’s federal police force is asking the federal government for a boost to its budget. It says the funds are needed to better protect Canadians amid rising levels of online hate, youth radicalization and increasing fears of domestic terrorism.
