Harsh Johari is an Executive and Leadership Coach and works with senior leaders in companies to help them become better leaders.He has a special focus on career transition coaching, and helps professionals manage a career change

He has about 25 years of diverse professional experience in across shipping and financial services industries. He was a Captain on merchant ships and an investment banker in his previous career. He is passionate about training and coaching people and helping them achieve their dreams and reach their true potential

Harsh is also a 4-times TEDx speaker, one of the world’s biggest platforms for exchanging and promoting path breaking ideas. He is a visiting faculty at St Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM), Bangalore 

He received his graduate degree in Nautical Sciences from University of Mumbai, India and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India. He also received his Captain’s license from the Shipping Ministry, Govt of India. 

During his shipping career, he has been an advanced firefighter, a medical practitioner and an expert in survival & rescue. Some of his unique experiences include fighting a major fire on a ship, conducting rescue operations at sea, encountering sea-pirates & dealing with major storms in the ocean
