Hello Magical Human & welcome back to Madison Mindset the Podcast ๐ŸŒ€

This episode was inspired by a coaching sessions with one of my powerful clients. We decided having a form of guided meditation would be really helpful without all the chatter throughout the practice. In Yoga, our goal is to achieve a state of Meditation. Meditation helps train the mind. In order to do that, we have to be left to our own space. So, fully guided meditations are more of a relaxation tool (nothing wrong with them, I personally love them before bed to help me sleep). However, training our mind should be a huge priority in our life because when we are on the road to that, our thoughts are slower, present & under control, negative self talk stops & anxiety & stress lower.ย 

This practice has been created so you have a guide to help you get started on your Meditation/Concentration practice. it can be hard to sit down without anything to listen to or to guide you in the beginning - this is where this episode steps in to hold & guide you.

Use this episode daily. Ideally every morning. Commit to this practice regularly and you will notice big chances in your mind. Eventually, you will be able to do this practice on your own.

You will need a meditation cushion, chair or yoga block (depending on your body today).
