Continuing on with our Chakra series... THROAT CHAKRA. Throat Chakra is often forgotten or overlooked but it is a highly significant space. Sometimes you don't know how much this energy centre is influencing your life until you start doing the cleansing work. 

These affirmations are great to be listened to whenever you need them. When you're on your way to having a challenging conversation I would recommend listening!
