Many of us get to the end of the weekend still feeling exhausted, drained and in need of a big rest. The reasons are fairly simple, we are aware about a lot of them already. However, this episode is going to assist you in becoming intentional with how you spend your Sunday.

Of course there may be things you have scheduled for your weekend... but ideally there are 1 max 2 things to really do on the weekend. The rest of the time is best spent in self care and nourishment 🌱

There are three main things to pay attention to during your Sunday in order to feel as though your cup has been refilled.
