Cleveland Guardians scored 4 runs in the top of the 10th inning to earn the win marking the third consecutive win for the Guardians over the Detroit Tigers. Matt Vierling made his return to the Tigers lineup after missing the beginning of the season due to injury and hit a two run single. Gleyber Torres 2-run double and Colt Keith’s RBI double in the first inning accounted for the other Tigers' RBIs, but the Guardians have now won 3 in a row against the Tigers marking the first 3-game losing streak for the Detroit Tigers since the opening series against the LA Dodgers. Detroit Tigers will try to earn a win on Sunday to avoid the four game sweep.
