Fridur is a Swedish/Islandic mama of 2 living in the south of Sweden on her farm with her family with the ambition of being self sufficient.
She is a kundalini yoga teacher currently in full mama mode, while at the same time studying to become a Waldorf preschool teacher.
In this episode we will talk about her 2 home births and how home birth should be available to all women just like hospital births are.
