From age 40 to 44, things started to take shape in a very unique way.  I had been running my own business for about 3 years.   I was exploring different types of technology.   My wife started to work for me.   My firm was growing.  Things were moving in a different direction.  Yet, I, also, started making a whole different level of mistakes in my growth.
