Since October last year, Swiss people are able to appease their homesickness at the newly opened Edewyss Bistro/Bar at the Swiss Club of Victoria in Melbourne. The restaurant reopened after a four-year break and a solid renovation. We took a look around Edelwyss and talked to Vice President Patrick Rychner and new operator Mark Hannon. - Seit Oktober letzten Jahres können Schweizer ihr kulinarisches Heimweh wieder im neu eröffneten Bistro/Bar Edewyss des Swiss Club of Victoria in Melbourne besänftigen. Denn: Das Clubrestaurant ist nach einer fast vierjährigen Pause und einer Renovierung wieder geöffnet. Wir haben uns im Edelwyss umgesehen und mit dem Vizepräsidenten Patrick Rychner und dem neuen Betreiber Mark Hannon gesprochen.
