As a former standout Dragon quarterback and current head coach, Dodge has led his team to impressive records, including a notable 80-8 run, five district championships, three regional titles, and a state championship game appearance in 2020. His leadership has earned him accolades such as the Tom Landry Coach of the Year and Texas 6A Coach of the Year. Dodge’s deep commitment to his alma mater and his roots in a family of coaches have shaped his approach to leadership and mentorship in sports. Alongside his coaching duties, Riley is dedicated to overseeing all athletic programs within Carroll ISD, aiming to foster excellence across all sports.
