It’s the foundation of his business and why in a global pandemic he started giving his workouts for free. Justin started training at the age of 16. By his late teens, he organized and ran several fitness programs for young adults with developmental disabilities. He ran similar programs in college, managing a local YMCA, and coordinating other community programs. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he is packed with over 18 years of fitness experience. Justin is the owner, creator and occasional janitor of Poise Fitness in Hermosa Beach.
