What Are You Worried About?

Description

"My advice, don't waste so much time worrying about your skin or your weight. Develop what you do, what you put your hands on in the world."

– Meryl Streep

Is what you’re focused on helping you to grow in your craft or is it helping you LOOK like you’re growing in your craft?

We live in a society that is driven by outward appearances and fake success.

The biggest problem I see with that is that there’s no substance in that. There’s nothing of value to it. There’s nothing there to be proud of.

I know this is nothing new being said, but the fact that I can say it and it’s still relevant says a lot about where we are.

If more people focused on what they are doing, instead of how others perceived, we’d have a much better place.

If more people focused on improving themselves, their skills, and their own lives without hurting others, we’d have a much better place.

If more people realized that everyone else is so focused on what they are doing and not how you look, we’d have a much better place.

If you focus on developing what you do and what you put your hands on in the world you inherently develop a desirable look and true success. It won’t be desirable in a sexy way, per se, but more in a magnetic way.

People recognize when people are doing dope stuff and want to be around it.

Go be dope and and inspire others to do the same!
