On Thanksgiving evening, November 28, 1985, there would be a deadly explosion at Hilltop Mobile Home Park at 7800 Jacksboro Highway between Lake Worth and Azle, Texas, just outside Fort Worth. The explosion would kill three members of the Blount family: Joe Blount, his daughter Angela, and Angela’s cousin, Michael Columbus. And to this day, what happened remains a mystery. This is the story of the Blount Family bombing.
