In this episode, I am sharing about the unexpected ways in which our desires manifest. I want to keep it real and share my insights on how asking the universe for something big often leads to challenges and discomfort rather than immediate fulfillment.
I begin by discussing the concept of expansion and contraction, emphasizing that when we seek growth, whether it's in our personal lives, careers, or finances, we often encounter obstacles that feel like setbacks. I share my own journey of asking for expansion this year, only to face a series of personal and professional challenges that left me feeling like I was experiencing the opposite of what I desired.
In one example, I share how my husband's injury during a crucial competition I illustrate how life can throw us curveballs just when we think we're on the right path. I reflect on the emotional turmoil that comes with these experiences and how they serve as lessons to help us grow into the versions of ourselves that can truly hold our dreams.
