Becky Hill, the former Colleton County Clerk of Court in Alex Murdaugh's double murder trial, has been charged with four felonies. Hill is accused of lying under oath during a hearing for Murdaugh in January 2024 as the disgraced lawyer asked for a new trial. Hill is also accused of using her office to promote her failed book and other crimes.
