Two big events took place Friday in Jackson County.
First, Home National Bank held an open house and ribbon cutting for their news Ravenswood branch that officially opens on Monday. Tom Susman was there and spoke with bank representatives about what the new branch means for them.
Then, Tom made his way to Fairplain Elementary for a presentation by Constellium to find out how the Panthers did in a national aluminum can drive in their quest for a new playground.
