Greater L-A Triple Crown 5K Series committee members Erin Dunbar and Shawn Vincent join the Lunch Bunch to talk about the popular three-race series that is all about family, fun, and fitness. Proceeds from each race are invested back into the community through the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA, the Fletcher Foundation, and the Bridge Run Foundation. The series begins June 8 with the YMCA Fit Fest!
