The lads are back for Season 7 of AiC. During their little break Ryan’s survived Storm Betty and the very next day Storm Lewi at Noel Gallagher’s big gig in Caldicot Castle, Paddy has travelled to Merthyr with the boys to see CVC and both AiC members have had the night of their lives at the Pastel gig at The Bunkhouse. Ryan drops in some Swans gossip, Paddy admits to fly-tipping and the boys discuss Jada Pickett-Smith mugging of the Fresh Prince, Gyro’s, the Carnivore diet and Ebanie Bridges being one of the coolest people they’ve ever met plus much much more….
