Hey friends! This week I am bringing you an interview I did with fellow trainer and  disordered eater Hannah Caplinger. In today's conversation Hannah and I talk about our personal experiences with disordered eating and over exercising as fitness trainers and coaches.

We also share some perspective on body shaming both in and out of diet culture and how we see it showing up in a subtle way in the anti diet space.

For most people, the desire to be healthy through food and exercise starts off pretty innocent. For some though, it takes a toll mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. This is the side of exercise that is rarely talked about, but routinely praised as being super disciplined.

Tune in for some fresh, new perspectives on exercise, food, and commenting on others' bodies.
