Dr. Joseph Sansone is a psychotherapist opposed to psychopathic authoritarianism. His substack is Mind Matters and Everything Else. Dr. Sansone is advocating for his mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act to be introduced in all 50 states. In April, Republicans in the Minnesota state Senate introduced Senate File 3456, a bill that attempts to designate mRNA vaccines as weapons of mass destruction. This is the second attempt from Minnesota Republicans after members of the state House introduced a similar bill earlier. If either bill were signed into law, anyone who administers an mRNA vaccine would be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a $500 fine.
