Today's DDD (Down and Dirty Derm) goes over video otoscopy (VO). Whether it is a mass in the ear canal or a terrible chronic Pseudomonas otitis, VO can be an extremely useful tool for your ear cases. It allows magnification of the ear canal to identify small tears in the tympanum and aural masses. Also, the ability to culture and flush out the middle ear.
