It kinda goes without saying... but I'm gonna say it. Yesterday was a gully-washer of a day. Not much fishing.. actually no fishing that I know of was done but I'm having a great time down here at Hatteras Harbor for the Hatteras Village Offshore Open. Today is day one of the tournament so I got some news in regards to that and I also have a bit of a fishing forecast for today as well!
