Tristin Hopper on if Canada can be saved

Tristin Hopper on if Canada can be saved

Published 10 months ago
Description

National Post journalist Tristan Hopper joins host Harrison Lowman to talk about his new book Don’t be Canada: How one country did everything wrong all at once, which offers a darkly comedic and critical look on the disastrous policy ideas that are to blame for Canada’s downward cultural and economic spiral. And yet, Tristan is optimistic that despite the recent election of Mark Carney and the Liberal party’s return to Ottawa, it is possible to restore Canada to - in his words - a prosperous, pluralist wonderland.

The Hub Dialogues features The Hub's managing editor, Harrison Lowman, in conversation with leading entrepreneurs, policymakers, scholars, and thinkers on the issues and challenges that will shape Canada's future at home and abroad.
