In this episode we speak to Dave Stuart.
Dave is a regular on the UK 100 mile scene so I spoke to him to get an Englishman's perspective of the great North American classic ultra.
We spoke about his training for the race and the secret to him running injury free for years on end!
Dave is a lovely guy and it was a pleasure to speak to him about his running and his plans for the future!
