Last weekend she cruised to a win at the GB Ultras Manchester to Liverpool 50 Mile ultra, taking first female and 6th overall!

We talk about her running history, her strength training and her openness about her almost lifelong struggle with an eating disorder ED.

Kelsey is a great example of how you can overcome your demons and make positive changes that result in running success.
