19 - Are you feeling grounded? When we are grounded, we feel at ease. Life seems to flow in our favor, while being strongly connected to both the Earth and other people. Most people, however, go through the day living in the mind. It is very easy for us to focus on the stressors and negativity of our day to day. While doing that, we do not present the best versions of ourselves to the world. Real growth and progress comes from staying grounded. In this episode, Evan leads a guided meditation for grounding followed by simple techniques to help you stay grounded in the future.
