Texas judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, who is overseeing the lawsuit that would revoke FDA approval of mifepristone, held a conference call with the case’s attorneys on Friday to schedule a hearing for today (Wednesday). Yesterday the EPA proposed new regulations which would limit the amount of certain types of “forever chemicals” known as PFAs in drinking water.
