In this episode, we’re diving into a topic that can feel a little uncomfortable — but is so essential to living in alignment: boundaries.
I’m sharing my personal journey with boundaries — how I used to fear being judged or seen as selfish for holding them — and how that fear led me to abandon myself over and over. We’ll explore the societal conditioning that teaches us to people-please, how boundaries relate to Human Design and energetic alignment, and the real impact that ignoring them can have on our mental health and nervous system.
I also offer practical tips for setting and honouring boundaries in small, manageable ways — as well as how we can support others in doing the same. Because when we choose to honour our own truth, we create space for others to do the same. That’s the ripple effect.
