The MAP boys sit down with Dave and Traci Plungas. Dave is the Asst. Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Robert Morris University and his wife, Traci, is an Asst. Volleyball Coach at West Virginia University. Dave and Traci talk about the lessons they have learned as young coaches and the importance of character and accountability when developing a culture within a program. We also discuss leadership and the key to having player-led teams rather than coach-fed teams. You won't want to miss this conversation with these two rising stars in the coaching world.
