We’ve got more peeing in Eau Claire to kick off this week’s Small Town Crime Wave, as officers saw a man walk up and urinate on the Police Department building. He was 19 years old and intoxicated. He had a "clearly fake" ID in his possession. He blew a .194 and was charged with Public Urination, Underage Consumption, Public Excessive Intoxication, and Possessing a False ID.
