In this episode, Matt and Enn discuss Chapters 39 & 40 of Robert Jordan's The Shadow Rising from the Wheel of Time series! Two chapters with drastic shifts in tone - First we begin with Elayne  who has a little too much to drink while Thom and Nynaeve deal with the consequences. Then we hop over to Perrin whose mourning the loss of his family but won't have much time before living up to his new title.
