Today we will look at what it means that Venus and Mars are just about to conjoin with each other in the sign of Leo. But they don't because Venus slows down and turns retrograde. It is sometimes referred to as a reformation or a time when two planets are about to connect in an aspect, but they don't because one of the two planets turns retrograde prior to their making that perfect aspect.
