Description
My apologies for the sound quality of all the episodes this week. There was an equipment failure and, after recording each episode three times to try and fix the issue I was left with the option of pausing production or stitching together the best takes. The issue has been fixed with next weeks episodes. I do intend to re-record these episodes with better sound quality but later rather than sooner unless my Patreon supporters demand sooner.
This episode takes us to France in 1931 for a comedy, a musical, and a documentary.
Films: A Nous La Liberte, Le Million, Taris
Music
Hansel & Gretel Overture (Engelbert Humperdinck)
Piano Concerto No. 1 (Mendelssohn)
