Councilor Linda Annis of Surrey and Councillor Daniel Fontaine of New Westminster are “raising a red flag” regarding the 20 per cent increase in the salary of Metro Vancouver Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Jerry Dobrovolny, giving him a new base salary of $542,657.
