Dealing with Negative Feelings

I had woken up about 5 times in the middle of the night with one thing on my mind: have they messaged me? My mind was completely fixed on an idea that the business, which I had been training at before, wasn't going to bring me back. I messaged them a day earlier and they didn't message me back, so a sick feeling came over me and I couldn't focus. 

This isn't about my life; this is about what I felt. 

Negative feelings: anxiety, frustrated, fearful. 

Anxiety because of them potentially disappearing. Frustrated that they hadn't responded and fearful of the outcome. 

Regardless of what happened (they contacted me a day later and informed me when they would resume -- which in Thailand, means NEVER)....I identified the feelings, acted on them, and anticipated the worst: you will lose this company. From that point going forward, I moved on.
