Cara Di Falco is host & producer of YouTube’s 1st & ONLY Emmy nominated cooking show, Cara’s Cucina. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a professional broadcast journalist.. She became a Health Coach to deepen her love of food and cooking, and increase her knowledge about how healthful eating can heal the body.
Cara earned her coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness knowledge, coaching skills, and business development. And her kitchen skills come from what she fondly calls, being a graduate of Nonna’s Kitchen! As an Italian-American, Cara grew up learning to cook from both of her grandmother’s, a great-grandmother, and of course, her own Mom.
