No state criminal charges for Akron officers in shooting of black man

Nearly 10 months after an Ohio man was shot and killed by police, a grand jury decides not to indict the eight officers involved in the death of Jayland Walker. We are standing by for reaction from Walker’s family in this case which has sparked angry protests. Also, the FBI has arrested two alleged Chinese agents, accusing them of running a secret police station in New York’s Chinatown. The Feds are describing it as an unprecedented operation aimed at intimidating Chinese dissents.
