Freed Americans Evan Gershkovich and Paul Whelan are on their way back to the United States after their lengthy imprisonment in Russia. Their release was part of a historic prisoner swap between Moscow and the West, bigger than any exchange since the Cold War. Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper joins to discuss what may have gone into the negotiations.
