We often forget the times in the past when we learned something special or achieved success—it didn't come easy. You had to work at it, and you probably had a method to help. What was that?
You also didn't learn the good 'stuff', the things you're excellent at, by taking massive jumps, because that would have confused you and re-railed you.
Let's revisit and make sure you can use what you learned back then to create more of the same
