Frankie Fortuna was an avid skateboarder. When he was a victim of a hit and run in 2015, his friends honored his memory by refurbishing a skatepark in his honor. Even legend Tony Hawk contributed. But two of his friends just got together and organized the first ever skatepark competition to he held in Leominster, MA. In this interview:
