Adam Silver Expected To Propose 22-Team Format For NBA's Return

Description
NBA commissioner is reportedly going to propose a 22-team format on Thursday for the NBA to resume its 2019-20 season. The proposal includes 16 teams already in playoff spots, six additional teams and a play-in tournament for the eighth seed. All 22 teams would first play eight regular season games for seeding purposes.
