BREAKING: Kemba Walker TRADED for Al Horford
Description
Brad Stevens and the Celtics pulled off a massive deal Friday morning trading Kemba Walker, their 2021 1st rounder and a 2nd round pick to OKC for Al Horford, Moses Brown and a future 2nd rounder. The Garden Report crew went LIVE to react to the deal.
The Celtics will end up saving a lot of money. Horford Will make $27M this year ($9M less than Walker's salary). The Celtics will also have to make the Finals in 2022 and if the team does not Al will only make $14.5M in '23 (23M less than Walker).
