Buffalo's financial deficit requires short and long-term solutions

The city of Buffalo faces a funding deficit of $70 million. There will be some relief in the form of a hotel bed tax and the sale of city-owned parking ramps. Fred Floss, Director of the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority, says the city will need short and long-term solutions to get out of the hole.
